Huber Engineered Materials, part of J.M. Huber Corporation, today announced a new technical brochure that discusses the application of its premium extenders and functional additives in ink manufacturing.
The brochure includes technical specifications and typical properties for kaolin clay, barium sulfate, silica/silicates and alumina trihydrate grades.
Pigments by Huber have many uses in paste inks, gravure and flexographic liquid inks. The brochure includes a product use section and information about rheology, glossing, flatting and ingredient extension to increase value and performance of a variety of ink types.
